Returns

Our customers love Kairee products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send a copy of the receipt as well as original packaging and drop us a note at hello@kairee.co.uk. Returned items must be received by us within 15 days of placement of order for a full refund. The 15 working day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. We want to make your exchange or refund as easy as possible.  

Refunds (as applicable)
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming good condition of the product, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 of days of us receiving your item
 
Late or missing refunds (as applicable)
 
If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to us, we will refund your PayPal account within 30 days of cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund after up to 5 days of us confirming from our end, please contact us at hello@kairee.co.uk with your order details and we will try sorting this out for you.
 
Exchanges (as applicable)
 
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the alternate item, send us an email at hello@kairee.co.uk to initiate the process within 7 days of purchase.
 
Shipping
 
The cost of returning the unwanted item is paid for by the customer. However, if you require an exchange, the shipping charges to mail the exchange items to you will be covered by 'Kairee' for addresses within the UK mainland only. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.
